Our exclusive Mentorship Program is an intensive 1, 3 or 6 month journey tailored to propel you to success in the dance industry. Our expertise is best utilized for personalized mentorship and focused guidance over an extended period of time to receive hand tailored attention to reach your dance goals. Benefit from several weekly private sessions for a total of 5 monthly, ongoing check-ins, and comprehensive mentoring from both of us. We offer industry advice, choreography & career matching as well as personalized essays, reel editing, expert coaching, and rigorous interview practice. From industry and job research to tailored educational pathways, our program is designed to ensure your absolute readiness and triumph in the competitive dance world. What You Get & How It Works
Unlock your Full Potential
Complementary Intro Session
Our approach involves understanding YOU, your aspirations and objectives to determine the most effective way forward. While you will collaborate with both of us, we will assign a primary mentor to you. Following our initial meeting, we will familiarize ourselves with your goals and concentrate on them throughout the mentorship.
Weekly Private Sessions
Each month, you are guaranteed a weekly private session and a 5th to use whenever you need it. These sessions will be hand-tailored to your goals.
Access to our network
We will have exclusive mentors only auditions and showcases in front of college directors, agents, working choreographers and more. We are able to connect you directly with our contacts, including companies, agencies, schools and more, to help your path in a more direct manner.
24/7 Comprehensive Support Outside Sessions
Stephanie and Rebecca are at your service for 24/7 round the clock guidance for any questions, support & check ins. We help each dancer outside our scheduled meetings with tasks like reel editing, resume editing, scholarship submissions, and building tailored recommendation lists. Between sessions we assign weekly tasks, goals, and checklists and monitor progress regularly.
The Team Troyak Community
Our mentees become part of the Team Troyak Community, where we foster a culture of mutual support and collaboration. We believe in building a network of fellow artists to help each other along the way, as we never know where our paths will lead us. Additionally, we offer weekly "Team Troyak" mentorship classes where dancers can connect with other mentees for comprehensive dancer prep classes and be part of our community.
Weekly Group Sessions
Our weekly classes, which cover the business of dance and discussion-based topics, are exclusive to our mentees. These small group sessions are optional but highly recommended and cover important topics such as "Building the Perfect Resume" or "A Comprehensive View of Europe." Mentees also get the opportunity to meet other members of the community.
